What is unique about Pure Beef Bone Broth?
Not all bone broths are created equal. The quality of the cows that the bones come from has the biggest impact on the quality of the finished broth. Pure bone broth is proud to exclusively use organic beef bones in our beef bone broth. Research shows that Grass fed beef, for example, has more Conjugated Linoleic Acid, antioxidants (Vitamin A, E) and Omega-3 Fatty Acids than grain fed (read the research here).
We source our beef bones exclusively from organic B.C. farms. They’re naturally raised on pasture year round where they are free to roam around and eat grass as they please.
The majority of beef is fed a grain centric diet. And once an animal eats anything, it shows up in the meat and bones -- compromising the nutritional quality. The low stress environment that are our cows are raised in yields meat and bones that are supreme quality.
The other important distinction is that Pure Bone Broth is made with love in small batches through a lengthy slow simmer.
You won't find another beef bone broth in Canada that is organic and uses such a lengthy simmer time.
Why so long do you ask? Beef bones are so dense that it takes this long to gently extract the collagen and other nutrients. Most other bone broths purveyors don’t simmer this long, and the end product suffers.
The end product the highest quality bone broth available -- a nutrient dense, and highly absorbable powerhouse in one soothing liquid.
